Metocean and Environmental Surveys

A good understanding of metocean (meteorological and oceanographic) data is fundamental to the success of all offshore projects as this information will serve to characterise the available resources, the design requirements for survivability of the project and the strategy for maintenance and accessibility.


Our metocean capability extends to the in-situ monitoring of directional and non-directional waves and current flows (single-point and profile), water levels, water quality measurements (dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, salinity, chlorophyll etc.) and meteorology.
